It’s a leap year ladies.
It’s your chance to make a move on the love in your life in time honoured British tradition and propose to the one that you love dearest and ask for their hand in marriage. Back in the day when the rules of a courtship were much stricter, women were allowed only allowed to propose on this single solitary day every four years during a leap year. That day was February 29th.
